Introduction
Welcome to Luvilash ("we," "our," "us"). By using our website ("Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site or purchase our products.
1.Online Store Terms

4.Product Information and Orders
4.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
4.2 Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information before we accept the order. If your order is canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided with the order.
Kindly note that due to shipping restrictions, only paid, processing, and partially shipped orders can be edited. All other orders and order information cannot be canceled or modified. If you would like to cancel a packed or shipped order, please email us at support@luvilash.com as soon as possible. Our agents will do their best to assist you. In the rare event that an order cannot be canceled and is shipped out, kindly accept the goods and our warranty will become effective.
4.3 Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.
5.Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping
We partner with well-known international shipping companies. We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. We can ship from different warehouses. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.
5.2 Delivery
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Luvilash is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item.
If a delivery fails for any reason and the address provided by the customer was correct, we cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Luvilash cannot be made liable for non-delivery in this case.

7.User Reviews and Comments
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. 8.Pricing in Different Currencies
Pricing of products sold by Luvilash is based upon figures calculated in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most up-to-date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non-U.S. denominations of currency on the site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current. Areas of the site where non-U.S. Denominations of currency might be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on product category pages. The price displayed on an individual product page, regardless of currency denomination, is the current price you are liable to pay to Luvilash, excluding shipping.
Luvilash has no knowledge of, and is not responsible for, any additional bank charges or exchange rate fees that are charged by the issuing bank or a third-party payment provider. These fees are solely the customers' responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Luvilash.
9.Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. 12.Customer Code of Conduct
Luvilash aims to resolve every customer issue to their satisfaction. However, we do not tolerate any inappropriate or unreasonable behavior directed towards our customer service team members. Unacceptable behavior towards customer service staff or Luvilash may include the following:
* Aggressive, abusive, and threatening behavior. Examples include direct or implied threats through any communication channel; intimidating language; personal attacks and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks; rudeness; provocative statements; swearing; and unsubstantiated accusations.
* Persistently making habitually demanding or vexatious complaints, even after the matter has been fully addressed; similarly, repeating complaints despite fair and reasonable solutions being provided in accordance with our policies.
* Requesting, expecting, or demanding staff to violate established company policy guidelines, such as refund amounts, timeframes, special compensation, etc.; similarly, seeking an unrealistic outcome beyond the scope of our policies and procedures. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to Luvilash.
* Repeatedly changing the nature (or focus) of a complaint or the desired outcome, after a formal response has been provided.
* Excessive number of complaints compared to the total purchase history.
For such behavior, complainants may be advised and formally notified of the following:
* Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening, and entirely unacceptable.
* They must refrain from using such language, intimidation, and threats.
* Further correspondence on the matter will cease if they persist with this behavior.
* Luvilash reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer without further notice.
13.Limitation of Liability
13.1 Disclaimer
The information, products, and services on the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
